Krexo LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its place of business in Kochi, Kerala. We are a software studio and MicroSaaS provider that designs, builds and operates software products.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid products are offered on a subscription or one-time basis as described at purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms. Taxes, where applicable, are charged in addition to listed amounts. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks and logos on our website and within our products are owned by or licensed to Krexo LLP and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.
7. Disclaimers
Our software products provide tools to help you with everyday tasks. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using our products. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you pay for. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the software products offered by Krexo LLP.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. You will not be charged again once cancelled.
2. Refunds on your first purchase
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that initial purchase. Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your order details and we will process the refund.
3. Renewals
Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals. Because you can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid being charged, renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests that fall outside this policy, show evidence of abuse, or violate our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Krexo LLP provides digital software products and services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
1. Digital delivery
Access to our products and any paid features is delivered electronically. Once your payment is successfully processed, access is activated on your account immediately or within a few minutes. There are no shipping charges and no physical shipment is involved.
